🌼 Our Vision

  • One cohesive, elevated collaborative display.

  • No individual booths.

  • One unified presentation representing our members collectively.

This is how we present the W4W brand to Atlanta. Remember: collaboration over competition.

🌼 Location

  • Cathedral Atrium (Just outside the Cathedral Bookstore)

  • Signage throughout PRFM steering visitors to the Atrium

  • Kid’s craft area — “Create with Professional Artists”

We’re not just selling. We’re inviting the community into creativity.

🌼 Why This Matters

This allows us to:

• Raise awareness of W4W
• Encourage membership
• Promote our talks and education
• Invite women to explore their creativity
• Show Atlanta what women building together truly looks like

It will be a fun day — time to visit with one another, share our work, welcome new faces, and model what true community looks like in action.

Atlanta will see it.
Families will feel it.
Women will recognize it.

And that matters.

🌼 Cost

• No cost to you — W4W is covering the sponsorship
• Each participating member may submit up to 10 items
• All sales processed through W4W Square
• You receive 100% of your sales
• Payment issued within one week after the event

This is visibility without financial risk — and a chance to stand shoulder to shoulder as one brand.

SET UP
Friday, March 13 | 1:00 PM

All merchandise will be covered and secured overnight at St. Philips. A security guard will be on site until Saturday morning.

ARRIVAL (Event Day)
Saturday | 7:00 AM

VOLUNTEER ROLES
Duties will be assigned and may include:
• Sales associate / floater
• Assisting with the children’s art activity
• Promoting W4W – In Bloom to Market guests

BREAKDOWN
Saturday | 1:00 PM

Help box up members’ merchandise and transport items to Leah’s for storage.
Members may pick up their inventory on Monday or anytime the following week.
